"Erin was a fantastic teacher. Very knowledgeable, explained all the technicalities of cheese making in a clear way, had a really comfortable presence in the room. Timing of the class was perfect, equipment and supplies were top quality, venue was very good. Breaking the class up to include cheese and wine tasting during the waiting time was really enjoyable. I would highly recommend the course for solos, pairs and groups."
