Hi, I'm Erin
I've spent over 20 years working with cheese — from large-scale production across Australia to the artisan craft I teach today. Cheesemaking is in my bones.
I started Cultured Cheese School because I believe everyone should experience the magic of turning fresh milk into beautiful cheese with their own hands. There's nothing quite like that moment when you pull your first stretch of haloumi.
My workshops aren't just classes — they're a full Barossa experience. You'll learn surrounded by wine barrels at Atze's Corner Wines, enjoy morning tea and a cheese platter, and leave with real skills (and real cheese) to take home.
