Perfect for beginners or food lovers seeking a unique culinary adventure, this workshop provides all the materials and expert instruction you need to craft your very own Camembert cheese.

Important Note: Camembert maturation requires specific refrigeration conditions (11–15°C). Please ensure you have access to a wine fridge or a second fridge with a temperature controller like an Inkbird adaptor before booking. A standard household fridge is not suitable for Camembert maturation. Feel free to contact us for guidance on meeting this requirement.

After crafting your cheese, enjoy a global cheese platter and a tasting of Atze’s Corner award-winning wines for a delightful conclusion to the experience.

Workshop Reviews

"Erin was a fantastic teacher. Very knowledgeable, explained all the technicalities of cheese making in a clear way, had a really comfortable presence in the room. Timing of the class was perfect, equipment and supplies were top quality, venue was very good. Breaking the class up to include cheese and wine tasting during the waiting time was really enjoyable. I would highly recommend the course for solos, pairs and groups."

"Had a great time at the class today, really good fun. The cheese platter at the end with a taste of the winery wines was lovely."

Monique

"Such a great activity for any cheese lover. Erin was a great teacher, we learned so much. The little pause for a cheese and wine tasting is a wonderful addition. We came away with 4 × Camemberts to care for and we can't wait to try our creations."
